Rosalia
Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia is an Spanish Pop/Flamenco artist. Since her teen years she has been at the edges of traditional and popular music. In addition, she is a pioneer in the realms of hip-hop, soul and trap. Her voice has been called by no less of talented than flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp, and with a bite that is similar to older versions. El Mal Querer gained her fame and critical acclaim after her first album Los Angeles was released in the year 2017. It earned her the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. The track La Fama with The Weeknd was released. Motomami was her third full-length album. It featured collaborations with fellow performers and producers like Cory Henry. This set was released on March 20, 2022 following the Saturday Night Live performance featuring the hit song Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer to sing solo in the program. The Rosalia of Motomami, who took home the Latin Album of the Year and three Latin Grammy Awards in total for Motomami and was the first female to win one.
